With the continuous increase of the capacity of the unit,the turbine generator,as an important production equipment of power generation enterprise,has put forward a high demand for the reliability of its operation.Once the large capacity unit failure,not only will cause huge economic losses to the power generation companies,but also on the stability of the unit where the power grid poses a great threat.The generator fault occurred in recent years,in various parts of the turbo generator,the rotor interturn fault accounted for a larger proportion.This is due to the rotor generator operating in the state of high speed rotation under tremendous dynamic stress,easily induced by rotor winding interturn short circuit fault.Therefore,it is very necessary to carry out the research and application of work condition monitoring and fault diagnosi s system for turbo generator rotor inter turn winding.Firstly,a detailed study of the turbo generator rotor and winding structure,from the aspects of manufacture,operation and maintenance are analyzed in detail the cause of fault of rotor winding interturn short circuit and the fault types were classified and analyzed.Secondly,in Weifang's actual situation of #4 unit QFSN-670-2 turbo generator rotor winding interturn short circuit fault as an example,the offline detection Method of interturn short ci rcuit fault are analyzed and discussed,focusing on the diagnosis and localization of short-circuit in rotor windings the fault between two aspects,and from the effect of fault diagnosis,fault feature of applicability,sensitivity and accuracy of the inspection results,the methods are compared and summarized comprehensively.Finally,the necessity for the online monitoring of rotor winding interturn short circuit fault,put forward the project of Weifang company two generator rotor interturn short circu it monitoring access equipment modification.After the implementation of the project,not only reasonable optimization and the related process of Weifang company two generator rotor inter turn short circuit fault diagnosis work perfect,but also realizes t he diagnosis and analysis of two generator rotor interturn short circuit fault in the whole process more accurately,and help the company from making reasonable and timely according to the technical scheme,in order to repair work and duration of follow-up is to control,be targeted for maintenance,reduce the maintenance cost of the generator,but also can effectively control the operation of the rotor,to avoid further deterioration or failure,avoid sudden failure caused huge economic losses to the enterprise accident.
