With the gradual depletion of traditional fossil energy,such as coal and petroleum,and the worsening of the environment,countries all over the world have turned their attention to renewable energy,among which many renewable energy sources.Solar energy with its unique advantages has become the focus of attention around the world.Solar power generation is one of the new energy generation methods with mature technology,scale development conditions and commercial development prospects.The development of solar photovoltaic power generation is the need of sustainable energy development strategy in China.This article designs and studies the 20 MWp photovoltaic power generation project in Bashihan,Jianchang,Huaneng.First,according to the meteorological data of three weather stations in Chaoyang,Dalian and Shenyang,the solar energy resources,temperature,wind speed and other meteorological conditions at the plant site were carefully investigated;Secondly,mainly according to the geology of Huludao area,Research on Meteorological conditions and Solar Energy Resources how to choose photovoltaic modules suitable for local operating environment,selection of inverter equipment and design and arrangement of photovoltaic sub-array,including determination of operation mode of photovoltaic system,Determination of optimal inclination and azimuth,design of photovoltaic subarray,design of row spacing and column spacing,etc.Then,according to the situation of solar energy resource in Huludao area and the current situation of Huludao power network,the paper studies the design scheme of electrical part,designs the main electrical connection scheme,estimates the annual electricity quantity,and then puts forward the feasible implementation scheme.Finally,according to the current situation of Huludao power network,the system access scheme is designed,and the economic benefit of the photovoltaic project is analyzed according to the 20 MWp PV system design of Huaneng Jianchang Bashhan photovoltaic system and the actual production situation of the photovoltaic power station.After the completion of the project,it is expected to provide 26721.8 MWh electricity per year for the power grid and save standard coal equivalent to 8000tons per year,reducing the emission of soot,SO2,NOx,CO2,ash and so on.It has obvious energy saving,environmental protection and social benefits.
