Faced with the harsh challenges of environmental pollution and energy shortage,combined with China's abundant solar energy resources,the introduction of solar energy into high-parameter,high-capacity secondary reheat units is an important direction for the development of thermal power generation.Solar-assisted coal-fired units can reduce coal consumption,reduce air pollution,solar thermal field can rely on large-capacity units to achieve continuous and stable power generation.Based on a 660 MW secondary reheat unit,a solar assisted secondary reheat coal-fired unit model is built on the EBSILON platform to simulate and calculate the thermal economy of different solar-coal-fired unit coupling modes.Firstly,three kinds of solar energy coupling methods,solar auxiliary heat recovery power generation system,solar auxiliary boiler feed water power generation system and solar auxiliary fume wind power generation system,are introduced.Nine types of solar collector field arrangement,including solar auxiliary high pressure heater and low pressure heater,Energy consumption,and analyze the unit consumption of each power generation equipment in the solar assisted regenerative power generation system.The results show that under the same collector field,the solar collector field is arranged on the side of No.1 high-pressure heater,which has the best energy-saving effect and reduces unit consumption 2.523 g /(k W.h).Mainly because the solar assisted heat recovery system can reduce steam turbine extraction steam,increase steam turbine work,reduce unit consumption.Secondly,the influence of solar assisted water supply system and solar assisted smoke wind power generation system on unit consumption is calculated,and thermal economy analysis of additional power consumption of power generation equipment is carried out.The results show that the solar auxiliary power generation system can reduce unit consumption 5.465 g /(k W.h),solar auxiliary smoke power generation system can reduce unit consumption 5.479 g /(k W.h).The two schemes reduce the unit consumption by increasing the inlet water temperature of the water wall and the inlet air temperature of the boiler respectively.Finally,the calculation of variable conditions for three kinds of solar-coal-fired units coupled with the technical and economical analysis of the three schemes shows that the solar assisted fume-wind system has the best energy-saving effect under different load conditions,The best technology economy.
