Turpan region located in the eastern part of xinjianguygur autonomous region,the region has rich wind energy,solar energy resources,development potential is tremendous.In recent years,the new energy source in turpan has achieved the development of blowout.At the end of 2017,the turpan electricity grid has been expanded to 2700 MW,occupying 62.23% of the total network,and it is expected that in 2020,the turpan electric power installation will reach a new energy installation scale of 4500 MW,with an average annual growth rate of 18.56 %.Large scale new energy sources are integrated into the power grid,and new energy generation output is limited by natural conditions such as wind and light,and the output force is uncertain and randomness is large,which brings many adverse effects on safe and stable operation of the power grid.n addition,by the given ability of turp an power grid itself and off-grid capacity limits,turpan power new energy electricity problem is increasingly serious,affect the healthy development of new energy and is not conducive to the safe and stable operation of power grid,so must be in late pow er grid planning research as a whole solution.Considering the large-scale new energy concentrated power grid to power grid planning and construction and operation of the impact of large,this article focuses on how the turpan new energy access to join each other to the power grid planning,to realize the coordinated development,new energy and power grid development in fully combining the resources of the turpan region of new energy resources distribution and enrichment of cases,serious analysis and study the characteristics of local new energy power generation and power grid after given ability and the ability to be delivered to the outside,put forward a new local energy overall sends out the power grid planning,and send the new energy overall planning overall planning combined with regional power grid,power grid planning further optimization and adjustment,So as to realize the power grid planning phase balance as a whole new energy access ability,strive to in power grid planning study phase~net~load coordinated development,it is concluded that both can meet the demand of new energy access and can meet the demand of power grid development of optimal power grid planning study plan,and a sharp rise in the turpan power grid's ability to accept new energy power generation.
