With the improvement of national energy and environmental protection requirements,coal fired boilers with low combustion efficiency have brought great pressure to the intensive use of energy and environmental protection.CFB boiler has been widely applied in power generation,heating and industrial steam production because of its many advantages,such as high efficiency of combustion,wide range of fuel adaptation,good load regulation performance and desulphurization in furnace.Because the combustion process of the boiler has the characteristics of large lag,nonlinearity and multivariable correlation,the operating conditions of the circulating fluidized bed are difficult to meet the design requirements.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study the modeling and optimization of the combustion system of CFB boiler.This subject has completed the following research work:1.Through the investigation of 150t/h circulating fluidized bed boiler in a power plant,according to the mathematical model of circulating fluidized bed boiler has some research results and obtained from the power plant and the existing historical data,using MATLAB toolbox,the transfer function model,the dynamic characteristics on the basis of the model through simulation of circulating fluidized bed boiler combustion system.It mainly studies the relationship between the quantity of coal,primary air volume,two wind input and bed temperature,main steam pressure and temperature,gas furnace outlet oxygen output,and gives the design of LN3000 system for the combustion system of the transfer function matrix of the simulation results also show the model can reflect the dynamic performance of the system.2.Because of the design of the controller in real operation before the need to verify its validity and rationality,so it is necessary to establish a model for the simulation object,the object must contain some nonlinear characteristics,in order to fit the actual object,therefore,in this paper,using MATLAB toolbox,the identification method of the wavelet network.3.Aiming at the identified nonlinear models as objects,a multivariable DMC controller is designed by using linear model to control the identified nonlinear objects,and the results are simulated and analyzed in detail.
