With the gradual increase of photovoltaic installed capacity in the Thanh Hai grid,the construction speed of the grid lags behind the development of the photovoltaic industry,the weak grid frame,the random fluctuation of the regional photovoltaic power and the characteristics of the anti-peak,the capacity of new energy consumption in Qinghai grid is constrained by different cross sections.It has become a major factor in the limitation of photovoltaic.Therefore,it is necessary to develop the power control function of large scale new energy generation,to explore ways to improve the capacity of grid photovoltaic generation,to give priority to new energy generation and to reduce the influence of large scale photovoltaic power generation power fluctuation on the grid.In this paper,the characteristics of photovoltaic power generation in different meteorological conditions in Thanh Hai region and its effect on grid safety are analyzed and studied.This paper analyzes the characteristics of photovoltaic power generation in different meteorological conditions in the Thanh Hai region and its impact on grid safety,understands the conditions of photovoltaic power restriction in the Thanh Hai grid,determines the conditions of grid safety constraints based on the actual grid structure and mode of operation of the grid.To realize the priority scheduling,contact line control,cross section control and other functions of PV power generation,so as to achieve the maximum capacity of new energy admission.The automatic control system of photovoltaic power generation can not only adjust the photovoltaic energy project contribution according to the real-time operating conditions and the characteristics of photovoltaic wave,but also realize the function of optimizing the energy generation of conventional energy generation by synchronizing the energy generation,which improves the accuracy,reliability and fairness of the new energy control,and greatly enhances the capacity of new energy reception,which has strong economic benefit.
