China is strongly affected by typhoon in the world,every year the typhoon hit the coastal area of Southeast China and Southern China.Among them,the coastal area of Wenzhou is a relatively frequent typhoon landing area.Wenzhou area is located in the southern coastal.Mountainous and hilly landforms account for a large proportion and Population living mainly in the open platform area.In rural and urban suburbs,there are a large number of different types of low-rise buildings with height below 10 meters.In the process of typhoon landing,the near ground wind field is greatly affected by typhoon characteristics and geomorphic features,and has distinct personality characteristics.The typhoon induced wind pressure on the low-rise buildings will also vary significantly due to the different structure of the house.In order to improve the Wenzhou flat landscape of low-rise buildings under typhoon disaster ability and the safety of the structure,it is great significance to study the near surface wind field and the wind pressure characteristics of low-rise buildings.Based on the 3 National Natural Science Foundation projects and a field measurements station that set up Wenzhou coastal flat terrain,this paper carried out the wind field and wind pressure on low-rise buildings.This paper first introduces the domestic and international developments of flat landform wind and low-rise building surface wind pressure characteristics research,and briefly expounds the relevant characteristics of the atmospheric boundary layer wind theory and statistical analysis method.Then,using the measured data of several typhoons in Wenzhou coastal flat terrain,analyzes the whole process of typhoon Matmo on the near ground wind field characteristics and its variations.And the typhoon Fitow and Matmo at different height of wind speed and wind direction data during landing,on the average wind speed in the range of 10m height and direction angle,turbulence intensity,turbulence integral scale,gust factor and power spectrum density of wind characteristic parameters.On this basis,compare the characteristics of the measured normal wind and typhoon wind,and analyzes the power spectral density and non.Gauss characteristic of the normal wind and the fluctuating wind speed of typhoon.Finally,based on the measured data of Wenzhou coastal flat terrain test base during the 2013 typhoon Fitow landing.Deeply analyzes the average fluctuating wind pressure and wind pressure coefficient of the local measuring points on the roof and wall of the low rise house are,and the average wind pressure coefficient and the fluctuating wind pressure coefficient at different heights are compared and analyzed.In this paper,the field measurement results of wind pressure characteristics of near ground wind field and low-rise buildings in Wenzhou coastal flat landform under typhoon environment can provide reference for wind resistance study and structural disaster prevention of similar engineering structures in similar areas of China...
