The Chinese government has also begun studying the timetable for the stop production of traditional fuel vehicles,as countries around the world ntroduced a series of policies to encourage the development of new energy vehicles at present.the demand for new energy electric vehicles has led to the rapid development of charging piles.Compared with wired plug-in charging and bipolar magnetic coupling wireless energy transmission,a magnetic coupling wireless energy transmission device based on a relay coil is designed in this paper.Compared to the traditional cable plug type charging pile,based on the trunk line of magnetic coupling type wireless energy transmission device can reduce mechanical wear and tear,cover an area of an area small,charging more convenient and high intelligent degree,etc.At the same time than the type magnetic coupling between wireless energy transmission on the transmission distance,power and efficiency advantages.Its structure is mainly divided into the working frequency rectifier,high frequency inverter,transmitting coil,relay coil,receiver coil,load part,drive module and control part.First of all,the paper analyzes the basic principle of magnetic coupling type wireless energy transmission,and the comparative analysis of the traditional structure and the structure of relay MATLAB simulation analysis with trunk ring structure in the transmission distance,power and efficiency advantages.Secondly,using the methods of each variable by analysis,the simulation respectively radius of coil,the winding wire diameter and coil number of turns on the transmission efficiency and power,the influence of various parameters of the resonant coil design.The constant voltage output module of the device was designed,and the relationship between the conduction ratio of the fully controlled device and the input voltage and the set output was deduced.Finally,the voltage and current in the transmitting,relay and receiving coil resonant circuits of the device are simulated under Simulink software.The experimental verification platform of hardware circuit was set up,the experiment of wireless energy transmission under the condition of small power was completed,and the correctness and feasibility of the experiment were verified.
