The satellite antenna is one of the important equipment for space communication,as the human deep space exploration in the field of accelerating process for satellite antenna frequency,accuracy and other performance requirements are increasingly high,you need to have a large satellite antenna aperture,light weight and high precision,compared with the traditional solid surface antenna because the mesh deployable antenna,most components for the flexible cable,so it can keep the lightweight state in the overall quality,achieve the design goal of large diameter and high precision requirements.Based on the advantages of mesh deployable antenna,it has become the main research focus of space deployable antenna,and has a very broad potential for development.Based on the large deployable antenna deployment mechanism based on the design is completed,the reflection plane cable net structure as the research object,the satellite antenna cable network structure design and structure parameters,shape finding analysis of net surface,dynamic analysis,precision adjustment technology,satellite antenna cable structure prototype processing experiment and so on the cable network structure,mainly consists of the following parts:Through the elaboration of parabolic antenna categories,are fed and offset the difference,advantages and disadvantages of four kinds of mesh form,this paper introduces the preliminary preliminary form cable net structure.Combined with the characteristics of the deployable mechanism,a variety of layout schemes of the cable net structure are put forward.By analyzing and comparing the stress uniformity,the degree of simplification,the structural rigidity and the quality of the structure,the optimal layout scheme of the cable network and the corresponding structural parameters are determined.The modeling method of the cable net structure is studied,the construction method of node matrix and component vector matrix is expounded,and the mathematical model is constructed by using Matlab programming method.In addition,the static equilibrium analysis is carried out according to the force of the cable element in the cable net structure and the tensile characteristics of the cable.The stability matrix of the cable net structure is established,and the stability of the cable net structure is determined by combining the stability judgment method of the equilibrium matrix.On the basis of the equilibrium matrix,the genetic optimization algorithm is used to optimize the stress analysis of cable structure cable prestress.Through Matlab programming,the finite element analysis model of cable net structure is constructed.In the process of considering the influence of the cable arrangement of the supporting cable network on the fundamental frequency of the structure,the optimal layout method of the supporting cable network is determined.Taking into account the influence of the cable on the axial deformation of the supporting cable,the reasonable applied value of the tension of the supporting cable is determined.The influence of prestress,component size and material properties on the fundamental frequency of cable net structure is analyzed,and an effective method for improving the fundamental frequency of structure is found.On this basis,the vibration mode analysis is carried out to verify the reliability of the cable network structure design.Through the research on the adjustment method of the shape and surface,the adjustment steps of the cable net structure prototype have been worked out.The validity and feasibility of the method has been verified by simulating the adjustment calculation with Matlab programming.In the process of prototype construction of cable net structure,the assembly process of first supporting cable,second parabolic cable and post adjusting cable is adopted,so that the cable net prototype can be successfully developed.The prestress testing experiments have been carried out to verify the correctness of the optimization results of the cable net structure prestress.
