Marine evacuation system is an efficient emergency rescue equipment.The foreign lifesaving industry started early in the research work for this type of equipment,has mature technology,and has rich research results.It has produced a monopolistic advantage in our country.In contrast,the study of China's marine evacuation system is still in its infancy,and there is no precedent for the successful development of evacuation systems for large-scale offshore platforms.In order to achieve localization of equipment as soon as possible,relevant research work is in no rush.Offshore evacuation system includes evacuation boxes,flexible grid slides,embarkation platforms,counterweights,and other modules.It is a flexible coupled multi-body system with complex structural forms.Wind,wave,and other loads will affect its motion characteristics.Affect the evacuation of personnel on the offshore platform in emergency situations.This paper takes a certain offshore emergency evacuation system as the research object.Based on the structure and force characteristics of each module in the system,a numerical simulation method for analyzing the motion characteristics of the offshore emergency evacuation system in a complex marine environment is proposed.The main research contents of the paper are as follows:Firstly,the classification of marine evacuation system and the structural characteristics of the offshore evacuation system were introduced,and the environmental load experienced by the offshore evacuation system was analyzed.and the theoretical calculation method of the relevant sea loads were discussed,and based on the theoretical method,the equations of motion equilibrium under wind and other loads are created and the displacement rules of the offshore evacuation system under different wind speed calculation formulas are compared and analyzed,which provides a theoretical basis for the effectiveness of the next numerical simulation method.Secondly,the geometry parameters and material properties of a certain type of offshore evacuation system are listed.Based on the structural characteristics,the basic assumptions of the numerical calculation model are put forward,and considering the calculation efficiency,referring to fishing related theory,one new simplification method for the chute part was created.Comparing the calculated results of simplified single chute and intact chute under wind load,the new simplification method was verified.Taking into account computational efficiency and accuracy,the three-dimensional numerical model used in finite element calculation was obtained.Thirdly,the movement response of offshore emergency evacuation system in different sea conditions was analyzed by ABAQUS/AQUA.At first,the setting of boundary conditions was analyzed,and the appropriate boundary conditions were obtained by comparing the results of calculation under different boundary conditions.Then,the displacement law under the effect of wind load alone was analyzed,and the results are compared with the results of the theoretical derivation method,which verifies the feasibility of the finite element method in this paper.Again,considering the characteristics of boarding platform structure,the appropriate wave theory was selected,and the dynamic response law of the boarding platform under wave alone and the coupling wave and current was analyzed.With reference to the test specification of life-saving equipment,the motion characteristics of the offshore evacuation system under wind-wave-current condition were analyzed.Finally,the effects of the stabilizing weight,the working depth of stabilizing weight and the chute mesh size on the motion characteristics of evacuation system are discussed,and the optimal deployment method of the evacuation system under certain sea conditions is obtained.Summing up the evacuation system movement law,a new safety assessment method is proposed for the safety check of the equipment,which provides a reference for the design of the domestic evacuation system.
