With the rapid development of China's economy,the knowledge and talent has become the important supporting power of economic development.Human Capital becomes the focus on the important parts of national strategic development.In terms of the construction of Landscape Design company,the Human Cost occupies a large proportion in operating income,how to effectively and reasonable allocation of Human Capital,how to improve utilization rate of Human Capital,how to through effective management methods to control Labor Costs,how the value of Human Capital in enterprise management in the process of appreciation value,how to quickly get effective conversion and utilization,such as how to convert Human Resources consumed to efficient productivity problems are currently faced by China's small and medium-sized enterprise development important topic.Human Capital is one of the most important link is the enterprise of the Human Cost Control Management.Human Cost Management process of the financial data in the financial statements of listed companies and can not be fully reflected,the reason is that most companies currently in the process of production operation focus more focused on operating income and cost of sales expenses.It's a rare concern for human cost.This field is also difficult to through the data to carry on the quantitative management,many enterprises but failed to form a unified history data.The Human Cost of the related data will be retained as the enterprise internal data,not made public.Case Analysis and Comparative Analysis are used in this paper.Through the Architectural Landscape Design industry 10 listed companies benchmarking Human Cost description and analysis of the status quo of the extraction of listed companies in the annual reports enterprise deal with worker pay the labor cost of this part of the data content as a special analysis and statistics.We using the financial ratio analysis method to B company salary costs to do analysis and comparison.It find out that the Human Cost Management have problems of B company,and summarized the measures and ways to improve the Human Cost problem.Combined with B company human capital present situation puts forward the human cost in recruitment,performance,labor relations which controls part of the solution and method of landscape design of construction industry.It is of great significance to improve human cost management in architectural design industry.
