Wireless power transmission(MWPT)is a kind of technology which can be utilized to totally solve limited power endurance of electrical vehicle and mobile robots,this technology can also be used for efficient battery capacity decrease,vehicle weight decrease and vehicle production cost decrease.Therefore,there is several theory and practical meaning to research and improve the characteristics of the mobile wireless power transmission system for the large-scale popularization of electric vehicles,and this trend can reduce the pollution of the exhaust gas and to realize the intelligent storage in the factory.First,in this paper,the working mechanism of the mobile wireless power transmission system based on the magnetic coupling resonance mechanism is studied.And the conclusion that the coupling factor k is the fundamental factor determining the design idea of the mobile and fixed wireless power transmission device.It is also found that the mobile wireless power transmission has the "no load state" which does not exist in the fixed wireless power supply device.At the same time,in addition to the research of the traditional SS andSP resonant structures,the CCL hybrid resonant circuit with complex structure is also deeply researched.Unlike traditional solution,in this paper the good performance of this circuit,especially for the empty state,is used to enhanced the working characteristics of the whole circuit.Meanwhile,based on the shortcomings of the CCL resonant circuit,a soft switching controller based on the emitter current frequency tracking is designed to improve the practicability of this resonant topology.Because the lack of analysis on the performance of long distance mobile wireless power transmission performance in different transmission schemes,the research has researched and compared more than ten mobile radio transmission schemes at domestic and abroad.Through the preliminary analysis,it is concluded that the long-short and short-short transmission device is more suitable for the long distance wireless power transmission.moreover,based on these two schemes,the related parameters of these two schemes are redesigned.The advantages and disadvantages of these two schemes used for long distance mobile wireless power supply are further compared through theoretical and simulation experiments.A new mobile wireless power transmission device with 3:2 length ratio between sending and receiving coil has been redesigned and tested..Finally,the output current and voltage curve of this improved device are measured,and the transmission curve of the short-short and long-short transmission device is compared,and this transmission system with such transmitting and receiving coil length ratio.It can combine the advantages of these two schemes and have a strong practicality at the same time.
