An experimental method for stress analysis of mechanical parts or components by physical models or physical objects is called experimental stress analysis.Every structure in the process of engineering construction is usually not single,and there are many kinds of loads applied.Using the method of model test to solve the actual engineering problems,we can make the same model as the actual structure of the engineering.Through the measurement,the strain of the components in the actual project can be obtained at the time of operation.In order to reduce the actual physical weight and get enough strength and stiffness,we used the appropriate test methods to carry out the precise test stress analysis to obtain accurate data as the basis for final engineering finalize.The bridge model in the test is designed and produced in accordance with the actual engineering bridge structure in accordance with a certain proportion of the actual construction of the substitute for the experiment.It has the actual engineering bridge structure of the whole characteristics or a part of the characteristics,but the size of the experimental model is much smaller than the actual size of the structure.We do experiments on models,which can mimic the operation condition similar to the engineering structure,so as to achieve the calculation and research of the actual engineering work condition.The specific contents of model test include model design,model making,testing process and result analysis,and the core is model design.Considering that the conclusion of the experiment can be associated with the actual operating conditions of the engineering,the similar theoretical laws are tightly grasped in the formulation of the experimental model,and the results of the model test can be easily returned to the prototype.The main structure of Yitong River cable-stayed bridge is divided into three parts:reinforced concrete main box girder,inclined tower,and 9 groups of high quality steel stay cables.The load characteristics of the bridge are complex,which is much more complicated than other beam type structural bridges.Cable stayed bridge under load condition,the pulling force of stay cable can reduce the bending moment of main box girder.The cable-stayed bridge of the reinforced concrete main box girder is not much explored in a long period of time.We hope to provide some reference data for the later research throughthis experiment.In the process of discussion,we choose the approximate model experiment method,and build the experimental model according to the actual structure size of the original bridge and intercept the largest part of the load.The test,analysis and calculation of the single tower double cable plane reinforced concrete box girder cable-stayed bridge are carried out,and the rationality of its design is discussed.The main purpose of the experiment is:1,the theory and operation method of learning model experiment to verify its correctness in engineering practice.2,load analysis and calculation for the structure of single tower cable-stayed bridge,and discuss the rationality of its design plan.3.Study the theory and research method of structural mechanics.
