The Application Of Rural Culture In The Design For Rural Tourism Home-stay In Southeast Shanxi Province

In recent years,with the rapid development of tourism,China’s homestay industry is also developing at a high speed.However,some relative issues have come up along with this rapid development such as insufficient exploration of tourism culture,cultural homogeneity,and no business runners of home stay industry.As a result,the home-stay can not realize the rural experience of the modern tourists to the rural land and the soul.Rural culture is the basic element of the design for home-stay facility,for it exists in a particular geographic area and the humanities radiation circle.Therefore,the rural culture should be in the expression of a home-stay facility design and should embody the geographical characteristics of the location,regional cultural characteristics and local residents’ feelings,etc.,and can drive the local nature,the development of society,economy,resources,play a succession of local history and culture and display function.Therefore,how to inherit and protect the local culture in the design of home-stay and how to highlight the local characteristics in the design is the most important part of the design of home-stay.The graduation design takes the home-stay in Baishui He region of Daiji town as the research object,discussing the design of rural culture in southeast Shanxi Province rural tourism home-stay facility.This design is mainly divided into the following two parts: the first part,"Graduation design topic and implementation plan".Firstly,the content,purpose and significance of topic selection are expounded.Then combining with the typical cases of domestic and foreign residential development,this paper discusses the enlightenment brought to us,and to show the design and planning for the home-stay in Baishui He in Daiji town.The second part is the research report of "The application of rural culture in the design of rural tourism home-stay in southeast Shanxi".The research report firstly expounds the development status and relevant theoretical research of the home-stay industry.Secondly,it expatiates the rural and local culture in southeast Shanxi.Thirdly,according to the practical research in Baishui He region,the design has taken Baishui He home-stay area as the research object,discussing the design and planning for this area and providing the possibilities of the theories in this thesis by the expression of rural culture in this design for home-stay in the hope to provide relative references for future discussion.
