| The flame tube of combustor is the highest temperature component in the aero-engine,at the poor working environment.Therefore,it is great significance to systematic research and develop flame tube cooling technology.In view of the multiple incline holes cooling technology,the numerical calculation and experimental method are used to systematic study and analysis the cooling characteristics of curved wall at multiple incline holes.Research work and research results show that:(1)Experiment bedstand and acquisition system were designed and built to research cooling characteristics of the curved wall at multiple incline holes.It was measured that the hot side wall temperature of the curved wall at multiple incline holes cooling test piece with specific radius of curvature,inclination angle of the hole and deflection at different blowing ratio and mainstream temperature.The experimental data show that the average temperature of the hot side wall decreases with the increase of blowing ratio,and increases with the increase of the mainstream temperature.The average cooling efficiency of the multiple incline holes increases with the increase of blowing ratio,and increases with the increase of the mainstream temperature.(2)A multiple incline holes physical model with a radius of curvature R=34.7mm,a inclination angle of the hole of a=25° and a deflection angle of β=30° is established and the grid is divided,and the numerical calculation is carried out by CFX.By analyzing the simulation results,the multiple incline holes at curved wall cooling efficiency with the blowing ratio increasing,increases with the improvement of the mainstream temperature;due to the existence of deflection angle,the cooling gas film develop along the X direction and Y negative direction,which is not vertical when crossed the multiple inclined holes cooling surface area,temperature field and the main direction of recovery of isotherms.(3)Radius of curvature with R=34.7mm and R=24.3mm,and the radius of composite curvature,were used to study the influence of radius on the cooling effect under the same working conditions.Through the analysis of the simulation results,it is concluded that the multiple incline holes at the same position which has smaller radius of curvature has high cooling efficiency,and the curved wall at multiple incline holes cooling of the composite curvature test has the lowest cooling efficiency. |
