Rotating machinery,including centrifugal compressor,water pump,steam turbine,fan and motor,is the key equipment in metallurgical industry,chemical industry and electric power process industry.Once a rotating machine fails,it will cause pecuniary loss and endanger personal safety.The application of rotating machinery fault diagnosis technology can effectively improve the health management level of the equipment and ensure the safe and stable production of the enterprise.It has great economic significance and application value.This paper takes rotating machinery as the research object,combines cloud technology and fault diagnosis,and develops an automatic fault diagnosis system for rotating machinery based on cloud services,which provides a new solution for fault diagnosis of rotating machinery.This article focuses on the following aspects:1.In-depth study of common types of faults and failure mechanisms of rotating machinery,and build an expert knowledge base.Prove the connection and difference between different faults,and sort the contents of fault symptoms,fault causes,and maintenance opinions into an expert knowledge base.2.A fault symptom automatic extraction algorithm was developed to automatically extract fault signs such as frequency components of vibration signals,time-domain characteristic parameters,axis trajectories,and trend changes.It avoids the subjective factors of manual identification and improves the efficiency and accuracy of fault symptom extraction.3.According to the characteristics of rotating machinery,a variety of diagnostic methods such as expert system,neural network and fuzzy logic were integrated to develop an integrated fault identification system.The hierarchical fault diagnosis model is used to select the corresponding diagnosis method according to different fault symptoms,and the diagnostic scope is gradually narrowed until the final diagnosis result is obtained.4.Establish a software system for automatic diagnosis of rotating machinery faults,design and build the database,complete the design of the system function module,and deploy the system on the HUAWEI cloud.
