With IGBT,microprocessor,control theory and the development of intelligent bionic algorithm constantly,ac permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)is widely used all kinds of motion control,permanent magnet synchronous motor in order to get the good performance of speed adjustment,need to install mechanical position sensor in the motor,a close-loop feedback control,installed on the motor encoder,however,will raise the cost of equipment,but also increase the volume of the device.Due to the use of mechanical sensor are greatly influenced by the environment,increase the system maintenance.Aimed at these problems,and puts forward the ac permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)without position sensor technology.Permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)without position sensor technology is becoming more and more widely in the field of motor control in application,for example in the application of new energy electric vehicles has become a development trend.Without position sensor research this paper choose the sliding mode variable structure method,however,the traditional sliding mode variable structure method,there are strong "chattering" phenomenon and the noise in the counter electromotive force,effect the precision of control system,this paper puts forward the modified sliding mode variable structure method,from the aspects of weakening "chattering" and eliminate noise to improve control accuracy and stability of the entire device,search for the optimal PI control parameters,the traditional PI controller need to spend a lot of time,the problem in traditional PI regulator with bionic calculation,accelerate the rapid response ability.1.This paper suggests that the types of permanent magnet synchronous motor and the relevant mathematical model.Some hypothesis conditions,permanent magnet synchronous motor specific mathematical expressions are presented.2.Introduction is now more mature motor control method of space vector control method(SVPWM),choose Id = 0 control strategy,simulation model is established.3.Without position sensor research mainly divided into motor speed under the condition of small and speed of the two,motor speed hours,commonly used high frequency injection method,but because the method USES under the influence of motor type,use range is not wide,model reference adaptive method(MRAS),the control system is affected by the parameters of the motor itself,so this article sensorless sliding-mode observer's method as the research object,the basic principle of sensorless sliding-mode observer method are introduced.At the same time due to the sliding mode observer to estimate the obvious sliding mode chattering phenomenon,affecting the precision of the estimation,this paper method of sliding mode observer design improvement.4.The genetic algorithm in bionic calculation is designed.In fuzzy control and application in PI controller,improved fuzzy PI control is proposed.5.On the basis of theory,structures,Simulink simulation model,the results show that improved bionic algorithm increase control system precision,rapidity and stability.DSP2812 in the actual use of TI company as control chip,the hardware on the power switch components using the intelligent power module IPM,experiments prove that the sliding mode observer sensorless control method,has good robustness,high control precision and is easy to be used in engineering medium characteristics,has a certain practicality.
