Relying on the foundation project of 2×1000 MW ultra-supercritical coal-fired generating unit of phase II of Caofeidian power plant of China Resources power,the finite element software ANSYS was used to establish the basic physical model.This article has systematically studied several aspects:When the structure is optimized,the height of the low-pressure cylinder beam is changed,or the position frame column is changed to the structural layout of the transverse shear wall.By comparing and analyzing the natural vibration characteristics and the forced vibration response of the three program foundations,the relative optimum of this unit is given structure type;The numerical simulation of the turbine generator foundation was system atically studied.The effect of equipment stiffness on the mplitude of the equipment particle-membrane unit method was studied.By changing the elastic modulus and height of the membrane unit,the choice of different parameters was obtained.It has a great influence on the results.It should select the parameters reasonably according to the actual situation and a large number of engineering experiences.From the comparison of the natural frequency and the amplitude-frequency curve under the action of harmonic loads,the influence of the base plate on the frame structure of the 3000 r/min model was systematically studied.The results obtained from the conservative consideration of modeling can not consider the establish ment of the basic floor;When the rodmodel is used to calculate the forced vibration response,the disturbance force is generally set at the cross-sectional centroid position of the rodmember,but in the solid model,the beam is physically present and the actual harmonic load of the unit is also at the top of the beam.The selection of different load arrangements will have a greater impact on the structural calculation results.Two scenarios were made and discussed.The interference loading position of the rodmodel was compared with the solid model.Loading on the cross-section centroid or the top of the bearing support has little effect on the natural vibration frequency of the foundation,but the forced vibration response has a great influence;In the seismic design,we must not only pay attention to the seismic performance of the foundation itself,but also ensure the connection strength between the different components of the foundation,relying on the Caofeidian project to establish a three-dimensional solid model,and select two natural waves and one artificial wave in three directions.Using the time-history analysis method to calculate the location of the scrambling point on the basis of the calculation,it is obtained that in the case of multi-event earthquakes,this foundation meets the manufacturer's requirements for component connection strength.Familiar with the above-mentioned basic numerical simulation technology for turbine generators has important guiding significance for future engineering design work.
