The appearance of the Pedestrian suspension bridge is beautiful,but its complex structure and stress,relative to other bridge construction difficulty is higher and its key technology remains to be studied in the process of construction.In this paper,taking the suspension bridge of Lantau Peak ancient city in Dan dong as an example,this paper introduces the static calculation in the process of design and construction of suspension Bridges,the main analysis method and the finite element software Midas to establish a model for simulating the construction process of suspension Bridges,including empty cable erection of saddle,the partial and the pusher,the unstressed length of main cable and cable,cable clamp lofting calculation process such as the key link.These links directly with the construction of the whole bridge into the bridge linear,main tower stress related,even decides the final can meet the design requirements,complete the construction goal.In this paper,the main research conclusions are as follows:(1)The finite element software Midas in suspension bridge model is established in this paper,the construction process in the analysis of load,boundary constraints,as well as the construction stage division operation more convenient,such as high calculation accuracy,provide the basis for calculation.(2)Suspension bridge construction process,main cable and girder linear change is bigger,in every key step is completed,such as the datum line adjust and the line shape of the main cable tight after the cable,cable clamp lofting points,should be timely check,ensure construction accurately.(3)Cable saddle pushing unit is set up to solve the simulation of suspension bridge construction pusher,and can provide theoretical data for pushing the construction monitoring analysis will provide a concise model method.(4)There may be extrusion during the adjustment of the cable erection of benchmark cables and common strands;When the top of the rope saddle is pushed,there is insufficient or excessive sliding of the rope saddle.Into a bridge,after the adjustment of the single sling,affect the whole bridge structures,in view of the possible problems put forward practical and feasible project proposal,to ensure the safety in the process of the construction site.
