Because of its structural characteristics, the wind load and its response become particularly important and prominent, and it is especially easy to vibrate under the joint action of wind load and wind and rain load. The aerodynamic force of cable-stayed cable may be the cause of the cable vibration. The measurement of the aerodynamic force of the cable can provide some basic research for the analysis of the vibration mechanism of the cable.Reynolds number is a very important parameter in the wind tunnel test of the aerodynamic measurement of cable-stayed cables.Reynolds number effect refers to the change law of the three component of the aerodynamic force with the Reynolds number,so Reynolds number effect has always been a concern and more research. The flow turbulence is one of the most important factors affecting the Reynolds number effect of cable-stayed cables, and the turbulence environment in the cable-stayed cable is very high. However,in the previous study, there is a lack of research on the combination of the actual slanting turbulence environment. Therefore, the wind tunnel test is used to study the effect of the turbulence on the Reynolds number effect of the cable.A systematic study has been carried out.(1)According to the requirement of high turbulence degree in this study,by summarizing and exploring the method of adjusting turbulence degree, the alloy strip is constructed into a grid with different air permeability, which changes the grid size and the distance between the grid and the test model. The results of continuous turbulence between 0 and 11.0% have been adjusted and the uniformity is good.(2)The drag coefficient and lift coefficient of the test data are studied. It is found that turbulence will advance the critical area of drag coefficient, and the greater the turbulence is,the more critical areas will advance.(3)The pressure coefficient of the test data is analyzed. It is found that when the turbulence degree is the same, the Reynolds number increases in a certain range of Reynolds numbers, and the maximum average negative wind pressure coefficient increases under each turbulence degree. When Reynolds number is the same, the fluctuating wind pressure coefficient increases, the average wind pressure coefficient decreases, and the fluctuating wind pressure coefficient increases at upwind measurement points at the same Reynolds number. The smaller the Reynolds number, the greater the difference of the pressure coefficient under different turbulence degrees, and the closer the pressure coefficient value is under the large Reynolds number.
