With the acceleration of the development of China's railway industry,railway rail wear has also accelerated;the construction of sunroofs has been shortened.It is even more necessary to replace rail drilling equipment.Currently,some drilling equipment requires AC power.However,the construction site cannot provide AC power;some use the internal combustion engine as power,but polluting the environment,large amount of maintenance and repair.This series of issues has also become a task that needs to be solved urgently for the modern railway maintenance and construction work.According to the current status of rail drilling equipment,a rail drilling device powered by a DC power supply,a lithium iron phosphate battery(LiFePO4),controlled by a PIC single-chip microcomputer and driven by a brush-less DC motor,was designed.As special equipment for railway construction and bridge overhaul construction,it has made up for the deficiencies of existing drilling machine equipment to some extent.In this paper,by studying the structure,mathematical model,characteristics and control method of brush-less DC motor,the closed-loop control scheme of brush-less DC motor is established.Around the drilling equipment for power supply inconvenience and the need for brush-less DC motor control,the battery and control chip of the drilling equipment were studied and selected.Among them,the hardware and software of the control system are designed in detail,and the digital control method of the PWM full-bridge modulation motor is realized,and completed the drilling equipment part of the mechanical assembly design.Finally,through Proteus simulation environment and combined with drilling test results,it is shown that determining the feasibility of this design scheme can achieve the need to replace rail drilling.
