Electron irradiation accelerator has been widely used in industry,agriculture,environmental protection,medical treatment and other fields.Insulated core transformer accelerator is an important device in irradiation industry.According to traditional power frequency insulated core transformer high voltage power supply,a high frequency insulated ferrite core transformer high voltage power supply is raised.Based on existing designs,the high frequency insulated ferrite core transformer high voltage power supply is further researched and analyzed.The operating structure of the high frequency insulated ferrite core transformer high voltage power supply is mainly divided into three modules: input circuit module,magnetic coupling module,output circuit module.According to the operating structure,the power supply is designed and analyzed respectively.Firstly the basic principle of the insulated ferrite core transformer is analyzed,according to its transformer magnetic circuit structure,equivalent circuit models are established,including mutual inductance equivalent circuit model and leakage inductance equivalent circuit model.The establishment of the equivalent circuit models provide theoretical basis and model basis for further analysis of insulated ferrite core transformers.According to the design requirements,the input circuit of the insulated ferrite core transformer is designed.Since the insulated ferrite core transformer operates at a high frequency,a square wave inverter power source is designed as the input of the primary coil.According to the design requirements,the output circuit of the insulated ferrite core transformer is designed.Since the final output of the insulated ferrite core transformer is DC high voltage,the output voltage of the secondary coils need to be rectified,so double voltage rectifier circuit is designed.Based on the completion of magnetic circuit and circuit design,the loss of the insulated ferrite core transformer is calculated and analyzed,including core loss,coil loss,the loss of square wave power and the loss of rectifier circuit.These loss provide the basis for cooling solutions of the high voltage power supply.Finally,the experimental model is built and the targeted experiments and tests for insulated ferrite core transformer high voltage power supply is carried out.The experimental results are basically consistent with the theoretical calculations.
