Study On Characteristics Of Domestic Free Trade Zone And Optimization Strategy Of Spatial Layout

In the context of globalization,the Free Trade Zone has become a new carrier and platform for China’s economic development and opening to the outside world.At the same time,in the crucial period of domestic industrial transformation and upgrading,the free trade zone is also a new opportunity for the transformation of China’s economic industry.Since the official establishment of the China(Shanghai)Free Trade Pilot Zone on September 29,2013,more than four years have passed.China has set up three batches of 11 free trade pilot zones.The reform and promotion have been conducted simultaneously.After sorting out and reviewing the relevant results of the practice and research of the Free Trade Zone,I found that the current industrial and spatial development layout of the domestic free trade trial zone is still at the exploratory stage,and the spatial planning problem has not received enough attention.Therefore,this article uses literature research,comparison and induction analysis,qualitative and quantitative combination of various research methods to conduct an in-depth study of the current industrial and spatial layout of domestic free trade zones and explore their spatial layout patterns Based on the development trend and experience of the International Free Trade Zone,and with the research ideas of “industry-function-space”,In order to provide reference for the construction and optimization of China’s free trade area.This article is divided into four parts:First of all,this paper sorts out the development history,types and development trends of international free trade areas through literature and data.At the same time,the characteristics of the layout of foreign free trade zones are further summarized through typical cases: traffic dependence,rich derivative industry,high-efficiency and convenience,and government-led expansion,which will give some inspiration to domestic free trade zones.Then,this paper starts with the characteristics of China’s free trade zone and compares the overall plan of the China(XXX)Free Trade Zone,the China(XXX)Free Trade Experiment Implementation Plan,industrial planning,and overall planning.It concludes that the main types of industries in the FTA are concentrated in the “six clusters” and focus on creating the “five new formats”.At the same time,after further research on the location and morphological characteristics of the Free Trade Zone,I discovered that there are mainly two spatial forms of the current domestic free trade zone: “centralized expansion” and “organic combined type”.The former has a relatively complete spatial structure and high research value.Then,through the comparison of the spatial layout of the centralized and expanding free trade area by means of case studies,it was found that the industrial function of the free trade zone dominated the spatial layout,thus further proposing the spatial layout model of “dual platform dominant,multi-cluster integration”.Finally,based on the research results,I made targeted optimization suggestions on various aspects including the development of the industry,optimization of the layout,the construction of the dual platforms,and the layout of the auxiliary facilities.
