The work of China's rural energy conservation and emission reduction is behind the city,and the traditional heating method is inefficient,also the indoor environment is poor.The new heating mode is expensive and the people can't afford.Solar energy is clean and renewable energy,but it is difficult to combine with buildings.And the solar wall can be used as a facade to solve this problem.This article focus on the winter heating problems of countryside in hot summer and cold winter region,and put forward the more economic and energy saving way of heating which is the low cost solar wall,meanwhile design and optimize the solar wall system to suitable for rural areas.The effect of the system is analyzed by means of measurement and simulation,and its effect on indoor environment is directly reflected.In this paper,the low cost solar wall with recycling materials is built and installed on the south wall of the experimental room on the roof of Architecture and Urban Planning School in HUST.In February 2017,the low cost solar wall is installed for the thermal performance experiment,the experimental results show that the room with the low cost solar wall is 4.5 ? higher than without in the daytime,and 4 ? higher than outdoor.Moreover,due to the moisture absorption of the low cost solar wall,the indoor humidity is obviously improved.Then,the thermal comfort performance of the experimental room was evaluated by using the extended PMV model and the thermal efficiency of the experimental room was calculated,which was basically maintained at a high level about33%.In April 2017,the size of air channel was studied,and the results showed that the solar wall of the large size was more conducive to the increase of room temperature,and the heat efficiency was better.At the same time,the economic performance of the low cost solar wall is also very considerable.Compared with the general solar wall and the installation of air-conditioning,the cost advantage is prominent.It is possible to observe the relationship among the increase of room temperature,the solar radiation and the absorptivity of panel in the analysis of the low cost wall systemtheory.In order to optimize the low cost solar wall,this paper makes a simulation study by ANSYS,and combines the radiation model and turbulence model.First,the theoretical model is established according to the actual situation,and verification is carried out between the actual and simulation.Then using the theory model to simulate the factors,including the vents,the rationality of the structure,the size of the porosity,the differences between the radiation condition and selection of heating materials.Next,the optimal model of the low cost solar wall depends on the results of simulation is obtained,which add the conclusion to the measured.Finally,a practical design proposal is made based on the experiment and simulation.
