In recent years,significant breakthroughs have been achieved in the development of organic-inorganic halide lead perovskite solar cells,with reported power conversion efficiency?PCE?values of up to 22.1%.This value is comparable to the efficiencies obtained using CdTe?22.1%?and CuInGaSn?CIGS??22.3%?solar cells,and close to the value associated with crystalline silicon solar cells?approximately 25%?.It is indisputable that the organic-inorganic hybrid perovskite has emerged as a new family of photovoltaic materials for future application.In this paper,organic/inorganic hybrid perovskite cells?PSCs?were selected as the research objects.From the preparation process and perovskite material selection,combined with the optimized compact and mesoporous layers through quantitative spray coating and appropriate thickness respectively.Based on the P-i-N structure of FTO/c-TiO2/m-TiO2?CH3NH3PbI3?/m-Al2O3?CH3NH3PbI3?/Carbon to obtained the PSCs with excellent performance.Then,the effect of film thickness on the PSCs was investigated by the current-voltage plot?J-V plot?and incident poton-to-electron conversion efficiency?IPCE?.Based on the previous research on PSCs,combined with the broad application prospect of PSCs with energy storage,we adjusted the optical bandgap of the light-absorbing layer,achieved a high output voltage of 1.41 V with the structure of FTO/c-TiO2/m-TiO2?CH3NH3PbI3?/m-Al2O3?CH3NH3PbI3?/Carbon,and the device has a small hysteresis and good stability.Forthermore,considering the chemical vapor deposition?CVD?is be beneficial to prepare the qualitified uniform film and which with superior repetitive performance compared with solution method in the preparation of large-area PSCs and industrialized production.Therefore,we use the CVD method instead of the solution method to optimize the preparation process of PSCs.We first use a vacuum oven,by controlling the heating temperature and evaporate rate to prepare the optimal CH3NH3PbI3 absorber material,and got a over 5%PCE,the preliminary study identified and explored the feasibility of CVD on PSCs research.Followed by the further optimization of the deposition of inorganic perovskite material?CsPbBr3?which is also applied to carbon solar cells,obtained an open circuit voltage of 1.08 V,with the PCE of 2.62%.
