For the compact structure,easy to process and achieving the same head of delivery at a relatively low speed,So the centrifugal blood pump is selected in this paper.Hemolysis is a long-standing problem in the design and development of artificial heart pump.Scholars generally believe that the production of hemolysis is related to the shear force of blood cells and the run duration in the pump.Therefore,In order to reduce the incidence of hemolysis,the article will focus on the study of the relationship between different operating parameters of the blood pump(the inlet flow rate of the pump and the impeller rotation speed)and different structural parameters(the width of the blade exit and the width of the volute inlet)and the shear stress of the blood cells in the pump,and the factors that affect the movement time of blood in blood pump.The specific work is as follows:1.Design and analysis of artificial heart pump.According to the velocity coefficient method,the basic structural parameters of the centrifugal pump is calculated,which including the inlet and outlet diameter of the pump,the inlet and outlet diameter of the impeller,the number of blade and the width of the blade.Establishing the three-dimensional numerical model of blood pump,meshing and simulating flow field respectively by CFturbo,ANSYS ICEM and FLUENT software,so as to study the best mesh division method and the most suitable turbulence model,and improve the accuracy of numerical calculation.Then the diameter of the impeller outlet is corrected according to the results of the numerical simulation,and the artificial heart pump needed for the human heart is finally obtained,and this also provide the basic model for the optimization later2.Effects of different operation parameters on hemolytic characteristics of blood pump.In order to reduce the shear stress of blood cells in the artificial heart pump and reduce the run duration of blood in the pump,the operation parameters of impeller rotation speed n and impeller inlet flow rate Q of centrifugal artificial heart pump are optimized and compared.The results of optimization can effectively reduce the probability of hemolysis.3.Effects of different structural parameters on hemolytic characteristics of blood pump.In order to reduce the shear stress of blood cells in the artificial heart pump and reduce the run duration of blood in the pump,the structural parameters such as blade outlet width b2 and volute inlet width b3 are optimized.This can effectively reduce the incidence of hemolysis.
