As a tractor type vehicle,a grader is an earth-moving machine that uses a blade to level the ground.Used in highway construction projects widely,to level operations the roadbed and road surface.At present,there are mainly three kinds of transmission methods of motor graders,namely,mechanical transmission method,hydraulic mechanical transmission method and hydraulic transmission method.The grader of the three transmission methods has its own advantages and disadvantages.For traditional mechanical and hydromechanical transmission methods,the rear axle of the grader is a single-bridge plus balance box device,and the rear axle of the hydraulic transmission type grader is a bridge-free or single-bridge plus balance box device.They all have a common disadvantage,that is,the three ways of the flat ground machine rear axle has only one differential,which can only realize the differential speed of the two sides of the wheel,but can not realize the differential speed of the two drive wheel on the same side.According to the theory of car driving,this type of rear transmission will cause the grader to produce slip and slip phenomena,which will have an adverse effect on the quality of the road surface.Therefore,the development and design of a new type of grader hydraulic travel drive that can meet the needs of the work but can further improve the quality of the work has a wide range of practical significance.This paper takes a domestic 200 hp motor grader as the research object,Considering that the two driving wheels on the same side of the grader on the market can't achieve the differential speed problem.On the basis of the existing hydraulic transmission grader,the rear axle of the grader is redesigned,and a double bridge drive structure is put forward.The traveling drive system is in the form of a single-variable pump plus a single-variable motor;and the bridge structure of the two drive axles in the selected dual-bridge drive scheme is designed.The component selection and parameter matching of the designed grader traveling drive system;the dynamics and kinematics analysis of the hydraulic transmission grader;and finally the physical model of the hydraulic walking drive system of the grader using the AMESim computer simulation software.Simulate load signals on the system,for example,step,sine,piecewise linear and slope load signal,the abrupt working condition,common working condition,complicated working condition and traction performa nce are simulated,and the change curve of the system pressure and flow rate with the external load is obtained,and the rationality of the matching of the hydraulic driving system is verified.By comparing the simulation results with the calculation results,the design of the hydraulic drive grader traveling drive system is feasible and the parameter matching is reasonable.
