If electric vehicles are to be popularized on a large scale,they will need to have significant mileage increases or have sufficient public charging stations available on the regional roads.At present,taking into account the economic and technical aspects,it is difficult to significantly increase the mileage of electric vehicles in the short term.Therefore,the research on the scale demand and location selection of electric vehicle charging stations is a problem that needs to be solved urgently in order to ensure the development of electric vehicles.It is of great practical significance for the promotion and application of electric vehicles.At the same time,the electric vehicle charging station has the properties of ordinary electric facilities in the distribution network of the electric power system.Given the dual characteristics of the charging station,compared with the gas station planning,the planning of the charging station needs more comprehensive consideration.Based on the above factors,this paper carries out a study on the scale demand analysis and location layout of the electric vehicle charging station superimposed on the distribution network and the traffic network.The paper first analyzes the main factors affecting the demand for electric vehicle charging,and proposes a prediction method based on the grey model for electric vehicle ownership.This method can be used to predict the electric vehicle ownership by subregional and by vehicle types,and the required different conditions can be obtained.The predicted value of electric vehicle ownership is used,and this method is used to obtain the future ownership of electric private vehicles in the example area.The gravity model was used to quantify the traffic impedance,traffic intensity,and attraction intensity of each traffic area in the example area.The parameters involved were calibrated,and the distribution and attraction of the electric private vehicles in each traffic area of the example area was obtained.Combining the traffic attraction of each traffic community with the use of electric private vehicles users and the peak-hour traffic ratio,the demand for electric private vehicles charging during the peak hours of each traffic community in the counties was calculated.Then,in view of the dual characteristics of the charging station,the paper proposes a new method for modelling the location of charging stations,taking into account the construction cost,operating cost,voltage deviation,unreliability penalty cost,and travel distance cost of the road network and distribution network.Objective function,for the establishment of the location and volume model for the paper has a non-linear,large-scale,multi-constraint characteristics,in order to ensure the model to solve the fast and accurate,we use the Chicken Swarm Optimization Algorithm(CSO)to solve the model.Finally,the standard Chicken Swarm Optimization Algorithm is improved to obtain a better overall situation optimization ability.The objective function is solved by the standard Chicken Swarm Optimization Algorithm and the improved Chicken Swarm Optimization Algorithm to determine the layout of the electric vehicle charging station in the example area.The results obtained were compared and analyzed.The results show that the solution based on the improved Chicken Swarm Optimization Algorithm is better.
