With the rapid development of social economy and the acceleration of urban mobility,the motor vehicles are soaring,so does the transportation problems.To solve these problems,the government strongly advocates the up-grade of public transportation,but the problems still exist,including low coverage,poor accessibility,and inconvenience of transfer.With the development of a new generation of information technology,the implementation of green transportation become accessible.The shared bicycles as a preferred way to solve the city's “last mile” travel has been favored by people.Shared bicycles has become one of the modes of transportation connecting different modes of travel.It is the third largest public transportation mode except bus and subway.However,many problems have arisen in the course of operations,among which “no-car lending” and “returning land without land” are two most known problems.The reasons can be attributed to the scheduling and management methods which directly effect the service quality of the shared bicycle system.This dissertation focuses on the scheduling problem of shared bicycles without piles,and aims to solve problems such as too many or too few bicycles in one distribution plot.At the beginning,the dissertation firstly studies the traffic and scheduling characteristics of shared bicycles,the current status and causes of scheduling problems,and the scheduling of shared bicycles.The traffic characteristics of shared bicycles are analyzed from the aspects of operation entity,applicability,and use characteristics;the scheduling characteristics of shared bicycles are analyzed from five aspects: scheduling requirements,scheduling patterns,scheduling frequency,scheduling influencing factors,and dispatching costs.Through the analysis of the traffic and scheduling characteristics of shared bicycles,the study shows that the shared bicycles' mobility and tidal characteristics are the main reasons leading to the unbalanced vehicles at delivery points.Secondly,it summarizes and analyzes the status quo and causes of the problem of no-segment shared bicycles scheduling,and points out the necessity and practical significance of the research on these problems.That is,a scientific and reasonable shared-vehicle scheduling method can effectively improve the service quality of enterprises and increase shared bicycle utilization rate.Then,based on the research results above,the problem of scheduling of single-vehicle sharing bicycles without piles is studied in depth.A shared-vehicle dispatching model based on semi-open multi-vehicles with fuzzy time windows and is constructed with the objective function of dispatching number of vehicles and dispatching cost.In addition the tabu search algorithm was designed to solve the model,and obtained the vehicle scheduling path is obtained,with which the scheduling task can be completed with the least scheduling of transportation vehicles and the lowest scheduling cost.Finally,case analysis shows that the research results and applications of this paper can achieve good results.
