Compared with traditional lines,vehicle network technology has the outstanding advantages of wiring simplification,information sharing,high efficiency of data transmission and convenient maintenance.The application of vehicle on vehicle is becoming more and more rapid,and the research on Fault Diagnosis Technology of vehicle network system and the demand for talent are becoming more and more intense.This paper first introduces the system architecture and structure principle of CAN bus,LIN bus,MOST bus and automobile Bluetooth technology,and then simulates the typical fault of vehicle network on the real vehicle,and then analyzes the fault mechanism according to the fault waveform displayed by the fault diagnosis instrument VAS5052/5051.According to the analysis of experimental results and maintenance examples,the common diagnostic methods for line,power supply,architecture,gateway,protocol and communication failure are summarized,including test method,data flow method and oscillographic method.At the end of this paper,the general diagnosis methods,which are generalized in most of the vehicle network failures,are introduced,which are visual inspection,control unit detection,waveform and data analysis,fault diagnosis,and the method and scope of application are introduced respectively.It is verified that the general diagnostic method proposed in this paper is highly practical.On the one hand,for Vocational Colleges and universities to train more mobile network diagnostic technology reserve personnel,the teaching process needs a set of strong and applicable basic theoretical methods.On the other hand,it is more accurate to eliminate the fault and improve the efficiency of the actual work for the maintenance staff to form different diagnostic methods for different vehicle network failures.Therefore,in order to solve these two needs,it is meaningful to summarize the diagnosis methods that are suitable for different faults in vehicular network.
