As engineering projects are becoming larger and more complex,simple network planning technology can no longer meet the needs of project management.The resource scheduling plan has been well developed both from the construction of the model and the improvement of the solution method.However,the current research on resource balance rarely considers the attribute and price changes of resources.From the actual needs and research background of resource balance,through the analysis of network planning theory and resource balance theory,the construction and improvement of resource balance optimization model is the main research content of this paper.In the model build section,under the premise that the resources are divided into expendable resources and non-consumable resources respectively,considering the price change of construction materials,a cost minimization model of consumptive resources is constructed.The non-consumable resource peak minimization model is simplified under the condition that the process cannot be split,and the optimized and adjusted consumption resource cost is taken as the constraint condition for achieving non-consumptive resource balance,thus constructing a non-consumption resource equilibrium optimization model under the constraint of consumptive resources cost.That is,the resource balance optimization model considering the price change of construction materials.In the model solving section,by drawing the flow chart of the model,the model is used to optimize the resources of the selected examples.The solution process is described step by step and the modeling language for solving the example in the LINGO is given.Finally,based on the cement price announced by Xiamen Construction Project Costing Network,the resource balance optimization of a certain highway project was performed using the model established,then compared with the results of the resource utilization of the other two construction schemes,verifying the model's effectiveness.The model does not involve the determination of critical path and calculation of free floating time,and does not need to consider the problem of multi resource correlation,so it has good applicability.
