Nowadays,the government has strongly supported the pure electric vehicle industry,and launched the related subsidy policy,making the prospect of the industry generally favored by the public.But limited by the current battery technology,users' demands for long distance travel are not satisfied.In the short time,the research on the battery technology of pure electric vehicles is difficult to have a major breakthrough.Most of them are concentrated in the laboratory test stage.There is still a way to go from the practical application.In contrast,regenerative braking control strategy is another technology way to improve the endurance of pure electric vehicle,which is more mature and more cost efficient.The regenerative braking control strategy of pure electric vehicle is to rationally allocate the regenerative braking force,the front wheel and the rear wheel friction brake force to the proportion of the total braking force under the premise of ensuring its safe braking.In this paper,the regenerative braking control strategy of pure electric vehicle based on fuzzy control is put forward,aiming at the problem of how to allocate the ratio of each braking force and recover more braking energy.The key part of the regenerative braking control strategy is to develop the original regenerative braking control strategy of the advanced vehicle simulator ADVISOR,and build the related simulation models,including the whole vehicle model,the motor and controller model,the battery model and the fuzzy control strategy model.The relevant parameters of each model need to be set according to the real situation,so as to improve the accuracy of simulation.In this paper,based on the working environment of MATLAB/Simulink software,a fuzzy controller is designed and used instead of the lookup method in the ADVISOR to allocate the braking force.The fuzzy controller has three inputs and one output,which are the speed V,the battery SOC?State of Charge?,the vehicle total power F and the ratio K of the total vehicle power by the regenerative braking force.In order to verify the effectiveness of the regenerative braking control strategy of pure electric vehicle based on fuzzy control,the text need to embed the established model into the model library of ADVISOR,and select four typical cycle conditions of the American highway CYCUDDS,the new European highway CYCNEDC,the Japanese highway CYC1015 and the New York highway CYCNYCC are simulated.The simulation resultsshow that the regenerative braking control strategy designed in this paper has reached the expected requirement,and more braking energy is recovered than the original regenerative braking control strategy of ADVISOR,and the endurance of the pure electric vehicle is improved.
