Laser scanning technology is often used for 3D profile measurement.The one of the part is data acquisition and identification.Laser scanning system data stream has the characteristics of high speed,large quantity and so on.And when data flow is collected,the asynchronous problem exists between the measured data and the angle measurement data.On the other hand,the mobility of the system layout is affected by the data flow collection of the wired data.The key content of this paper is that asynchronous data stream can be quickly matched and can be quickly collected and identified in wireless network environment.First of all,the composition of the laser scanning system and related principles are summarized in this paper,and the online data acquisition and identification system based on galvanometer scanning system is designed,the focus is on the optimal matching relationship between data packets and measurement systems when high-speed data stream transmission mode is upgraded to wireless transmission,using LabVIEW as the upper computer software,the multi thread technology is used to develop the real-time collection and fusion program of the asynchronous data flow of the laser scanning system to realize the asynchronous online collection of data flow;Point cloud noise and background are filtered through LabVIEW and MATLAB mixed programming,the online identification of data stream is realized;Then the auxiliary system of the laser scanning system is designed,the closed-loop scanning program of laser scanning system is designed to achieve closed-loop scanning.Finally,the galvanometric laser scanning system was built,using the laser scanning system,the key equipment is tested and calibrated,and online data acquisition and identification experiments for 3D geometry model are carried out.The results show that the established laser scanning system can quickly collect and identify data streams under wireless network conditions.
