| With the development of auto industry in China,Engines,the heart of the car,are increasingly demanded by consumers.As a key part of the engine’s release to the market,the results of the engine bench test play a crucial role in the sales of the engines.When the engines are bench tested,the components in the engine test structure will be subject to great stress and load.Therefore,the engine test bench is liable to cause failure of the gantry structure due to long-term severe vibration and high load test,thereby affecting the normal bench test of the engine and even affecting the personal safety of the bench test personnel.In view of this situation,this paper proposes an engine test stand gantry condition monitoring system to monitor the severe vibration of the test bench structure in the engine bench test and identify faults and diagnose components.First of all,this article starts from the structure of the test bench system and analyzes and predicts potential failures of various components in the gantry structure.The state monitoring physical quantity based on vibration signals was selected to determine the overall framework of the condition monitoring system.Secondly,according to the overall framework of the system,hardware selection of the system is completed,including sensors,acquisition cards,etc.,and the monitoring position is determined according to the characteristics of the gantry structure.On the basis of hardware design,software is designed according to monitoring requirements.The software functions of the system are divided into four modules: parameter setting and batch management module,data acquisition and status monitoring module,signal analysis and processing module,and data remote interaction module.Using LabVIEW to complete the preparation of the software system and realize the various functions of the test bench gantry status monitoring system.Finally,the fault simulation of the laboratory was carried out for the failure of the engine test bench and the failure of the shafting and bearing.The fault signal is extracted by applying Variational Model Decomposition to the fault signal,and the actual signal collected by the test bench is extracted by using this method to verify the validity of the method and applied in the system. |
