With the rapid growth of China's economy and the continuous improvement of the comprehensive national strength,and the rapid increase in population and the rapid consumption of resources,the pressure on traffic facilities is becoming ever more serious.As one of the critical infrastructure construction of our country,the tunnel construction can fully utilize and develop the land and resources of our country.Through the construction of urban subway,highway tunnel,railway tunnel and other tunnels,the traffic problems will be significantly improved.At present,our country is not only the most highway tunnel country,but also the longest country in the railway tunnel,but with the increase of the time of use of the tunnel,its structure gradually aging and a series of problems such as vault settlement,broken pipe,wrong platform and leakage water.Regular monitoring and maintenance,otherwise it will accelerate the aging of the tunnel and reduce the service life,because the tunnel in the operation process of manual monitoring and maintenance is very inconvenient.Therefore,a high stability and cost-effective wireless tunnel structural health monitoring system is designed,which can analyze the real-time state of the tunnel in a timely manner according to the data collected,so as to better predict the tunnel structure and sudden accidents.First,based on the analysis of the background and development status of the current health monitoring of tunnel structure,the overall design of the tunnel health monitoring system is completed.Secondly,the system hardware platform is developed with modularization method,and the design of UWB wireless communication unit,power management unit,flash data storage unit,clock unit and other units are emphatically carried out.Thirdly,according to the hardware platform designed,the software platform corresponding to the hardware is developed,which can collect,transform,store and transmit health information of the tunnel structure.Then,in order to ensure the reliability of the sensor data,the error correction error detection algorithm is designed and embedded in the layer node to reduce the error of data of storage and transmission process,at the same time,in view of the interference of the sensor data in the acquisition,the method of wavelet denoise is used to preprocess the data and the tunnel health monitoring and evaluation system is established by random forest algorithm and the state information of the tunnel is analyzed and evaluated.Finally,the experimental verification is carried out.The test shows that the developed system can monitor and diagnose the tunnel structure conveniently and in real time,and has a good application prospect.
