Research On Project Risk Management Of Building Fire Safety Engineering In Northeast China

In recent years,with the rapid development of Chinese economy,hotels and high-rise buildings pay more and more attention to fire safety engineering.With the continuous growth of fire safety project construction scale,the uncertain factors that enterprises need to deal with emerge endlessly.Therefore,the fire safety project risk management put forward a higher level of requirements.In traditional risk management projects,there is no way to fully adapt to the development and demand of the current market.Therefore,it is necessary to study the risk management of fire safety engineering project.It is very important to carry out effective risk management in fire safety engineering construction units.This paper applies the existing project risk management model,combined with the domestic and foreign academic circles and industry research methods,taking the fire safety project of Northeast Mansion of Ruixin Hotel Group Company as the main body of this paper.Through the deep understanding of the project,this paper explains how to distinguish the risk,how to analyze the risk,how to deal with the risk and how to manage the whole process of the risk in the implementation of the fire safety engineering project of the hotel.Through the study of the fire safety engineering design of Northeast Mansion at the beginning of the existing safety risks,as well as because of the vague management consciousness in the construction,related aspects of communication is not timely,insufficient supervision and other issues as the starting point.By studying the significance and purpose of fire safety engineering,the importance of fire safety engineering management to the whole project of Northeast Mansion is recognized.First of all,starting with the analysis of the actual problems in the building,the paper systematically analyzes and evaluates the design and construction risk factors of the whole construction process of the fire protection project of the Northeast Mansion by using the form of Sharete and Barrybohm USM.And from the risk of solutions The methods of circumvention,decision-making mechanism,supervision and supervision are studied in depth,and a clear solution is put forward and implemented.After 3 months of observation,good results are obtained.It not only solves the practical problems of Northeast Mansion,but also improves the fire safety of hotel fundamentally.It is also of guiding significance to the future work of fire safety engineering of Northeast Mansion.
