With the rapid development of high-speed railway,the railway speed,the length of the railway rail and other indicators of the increasingly high demand,Short feet welded rail can not meet the requirements.In order to better control the quality and accuracy of the rail,the automation of the control system and the advanced nature of the control model put forward higher requirements.According to the application of the heavy rail leveler in the production process rail Factory of Pangang,It is found that there is unstable network operation during the operation of the heavy rail leveler,The upper roller press device is not positioned correctly,Need manual review,And in the straightening machine during the steel bar,Inhomogeneous torque between rollers,Causes residual stress inside the rail,Even relative displacement of the straightening roller and the rail during straightening,Affect the quality of rails,In order to better reduce the residual stress of the rail,improve the accuracy and straightness of the dimensions for the rail.The synchronization control of straightener is put forward.The article not only expounds the composition and process control function of the regional equipment of heavy rail straightening machine,Furthermore,the control strategy of heavy rail straightening and mechanical control system is analyzed and designed.The control system of Siemens extension automation PCS7 and S120 vector drive control are used to realize the horizontal and vertical straightening of the rail.The clearance of each part of the press down device of the straightener is analyzed,reposition the base point of the reduction calculation,reduce the calculation error caused by machining gap of mechanical equipment,easy to operate by operators,make the adjustment more accurate,the scrap steel caused by bending up and down and torsion of the rail due to adjustment is reduced.At the same time,the author puts forward some Suggestions and implementation plans for the speed and calculation method of the straightening machine in the strategy of heavy-rail straightening electromechanical gas control system,The speed error between the straightening roll and the rail is reduced.In this way,the participating stress inside the rail is controlled,By optimizing the profibus-dp network,he operating efficiency of the system is improved...
