Integral impeller as aerospace,Marine,military and other sophisticated equipment core parts,components,surface distortion degree is big,complicated structure,and the manufacturing precision of the surface and surface modeling for its performance will directly influence.In various fields,especially in aerospace equipment,department of integral impeller parts structure design increasingly tend to be more complex,the accuracy requirements are also rising,at the same time integral impeller parts manufacturing difficulty is great,has become one of the research emphasis and difficulty of computer-aided manufacturing.Nearly 10 years,both at home and abroad for the machining of integral impeller forward some tool planning and processing methods,some have been integrated into the software,but there are some algorithm validation stage,not to be integrated into the software.In this paper,based on the research status at home and abroad,on the whole impeller parts manufacturing difficulties are reviewed,this paper introduces the development of impeller machining technology and the development trend of the future,analyzes the cause of vibration in machining integral impeller and the impact of the impeller machining process.According to the existing non-uniform residual process optimization strategy,it is improved and optimized with the least square method.In this paper,a new method for cutter bit planning is developed.In the measurement planning,the position of the measuring axis is adjusted reasonably to prevent interference between the measuring axis and adjacent blades.Using NX secondary development as a tool,the overall impeller machining tool bit planning and the integration of the machine measurement into the new application.Then,in the application program developed by NX,the blade wheel instance is used to simulate,and the path of tool location planning is made,and the trajectory of the output measurement is measured to verify its correctness.This effectively guarantees the machining accuracy,improves the machining efficiency,and improves the timeliness of the related algorithm.
