With the rapid development of economy in our country,the railway freight volume increases year by year and the heavy-load transportation has become the development direction of rail freight in China.Vehicle running speed and axle load increasing that lead to train on line increasing damage especially on the curve.And not just on the lateral wear,is more serious is that the rail vertical mill.In order to reduce the cost of railway transportation,it is necessary to study the causes of rail abrasion,and find measures to slow down the rail abrasion,prolong the service life of the rail.In view of the large radius of overloaded freight special line,22 curve is obtained by proposed data survey plan of relevant parameters.This will have on the curve rail vertical grinding inside and outside the rail side wear.For outer rail abrasion,first analyzes the relations between radius and outer rail side grinding,and then control the radius of this condition,analyzed high cant deficiency and foreign rail grinding side effects to find the rule.Vertical mill for the rail,will mainly from the set of super high,first of all,analysis the actual setting high and vertical mill,the relationship between the rail and then control the radius of this condition,analyzed respectively high cant deficiency and its relation to the inside rail vertical mill,find the rule.Finally grinding side grinding inside and outside the rail track down together are studied,respectively cant deficiency and a high attrition rate comparison,the observation point in less super high and the average abrasion contrast cases,came within rail and outer rail side grinding abrasion contrast on average.By comparing found within rail vertical relationship with outside the rail side grinding,according to the above research results puts forward measures to slow the progress of the rail wear.
