The rise of urban subway to ease traffic congestion on the ground,while the emergence of new problems is bound subway tunnel beneath the floor of the building.Wearing a subway tunnel under ground buildings,it is necessary to ensure the safety of the subway tunnel,but also to ensure the safety and use of ground buildings,which put forward new demands for subway construction and development.In this paper,it take the first phase of Qingdao subway(line 3),wearing down Yimeier Orthopedic Hospitals,between Pacific Point Park Station and Yan’an Third Road station as the background,explore the construction technology of the subway tunnel through the ground building.The effects of tunnel excavation and blasting on surface buildings were simulated by FLAC3 D software.According to the simulation results,the selection of the blasting control technology and settlement control technology construction scheme.Construction beneath adopted a "strength and stiffness of lead pipe shed and advanced small pipe grouting,sleeve valve tube grouting several complementary formations,on the steps of the reserved core soil excavation,large rigidity and high strength and initial support structure and on the steps of the temporary invert the supporting structure,construction process was monitored multi-project follow-up settlement control measures adopted radial pipe backfill grouting,initial support and secondary lining behind Grouting and other technical measures and technical means to ensure that the basic undisturbed and smooth of ground tunnel construction.
