The basic principle of a new type of capacitive electromagnetic actuator is to convert electrical energy into electromechanical coupling products of mechanical energy.During the operation of the product,there will be a lot of dynamic phenomena,especially the vibration.The vibration will have a serious impact on the performance and life of the product.It can be concluded that the study of nonlinear vibration of electromagnetic actuator has important theoretical value and practical significance,and should be paid great attention to.Taking a new type of capacitive electromagnetic actuator as the research object,the nonlinear vibration equation of the system was established according to Lagrange Maxwell equation and analyzed by multiple scale method.The nonlinear vibration characteristics of the single degree of freedom system and multi degree of freedom system were analyzed respectively.The single degree of freedom system was mainly studied from two aspects: theoretical analysis and numerical calculation.The study included the primary resonance and 1/3 subharmonic resonance,random vibration system.The main research results showed that the theoretical analysis was consistent with the numerical calculation.This system was a weakly nonlinear system.The amplitude and resonant region of the system increased with the increase of the excitation voltage,the increase of the capacitance plate length,the decrease of the capacitance two plate spacing,and the decrease of the damping coefficient.The nonlinear values can be neglected.Studying of 1/3 sub harmonic resonance,the necessary condition for the existence of sub harmonic resonance was got.The influence of the system damping,voltage excitation and capacitance geometric parameters on the system amplitude was analyzed by numerical simulation.It was found that the two order moment had the same characteristics as the primary resonance.The multiple degree of freedom system mainly discusses the double resonance and random vibration of the system.The amplitude frequency response equation of the system is obtained by multiple scale method,and the influence of the parameters on the amplitude is analyzed by numerical calculation.The results show that the multiple degree of freedom system has more dynamic phenomena,and has a good reference value for the optimization and design of seismic and shock absorber.
