Design Of Smart Home Gateway Based On ZigBee Network

Smart home can bring convenience and comfortable home environment,but there are still many problems in smart home devices,such as complex network process and inconvenience control.As the core of the smart home system,gateway is directly related to the networking and control performance of the smart home.Therefore,the research on smart home gateway is of great significance in improving the experience of users and promoting the development of smart home.First,the development status and functional requirements of the smart home gateway are studied,and the overall design of the gateway is completed.The gateway is divided into three parts: the internal network module,the core gateway module and the remote control module of the household appliance.On the basis of in-depth study of ZigBee wireless networking technology,a internal network module based on CC2530 and Z-stack protocol stack is constructed to realise convenience networking of household appliances.The internal network module includes a coordinator,a terminal connected with air conditioning,a terminal connected with the humidifier humidity and a lighting lamp connecting terminal.And defined a custom related communication protocol.Then the hardware and software of the core module are designed from the point view of centralized management.The STM32 microcontroller is the hardware platform and the ?C/OS III operating system is the software platform,which realized the centralized control and real-time information processing of the gateway.The WiFi module,the Ethernet module,the SD card module and the LCD screen are integrated on the hardware.The communication between ZigBee,Ethernet and WiFi is realized through USART and SPI serial communication.Meanwhile,the WEB server is built to enable users to control the smart home devices through computers,and embedded graphical interface ?C/GUI to display the working state of the core gateway.Finally,in view of the problem of inconvenient control of gateway,a mobile terminal APP is developed using Unity3 D.Make mobile devices such as mobile phone or tablet as a unified intelligent home remote control,are convenient for users to monitor intelligent home equipment.Based on ZigBee technology the system have realized the convenience networking of smart home appliances.Communication between ZigBee,Ethernet and WiFi is implemented based on STM32 and mu ?C/OS III.A mobile terminal APP is developed to facilitate user monitoring of intelligent home appliances.The result shows that the system runs well,and it can realize the networking and real-time control of smart home devices conveniently,and has high practical value.
