As a reciprocating machine,the main function of reciprocating pump is sewage and water discharge tools,often used in factories,cabins and sewage treatment plants and other places.Because it works in a complex environment,it is difficult to repair the reciprocating pump after it fails.Therefore,the fault diagnosis and operation status monitoring technology of reciprocating pump has become a hot research direction in the field of diagnosis at home and abroad.This paper takes the double cylinder double-acting reciprocating pump as its carrier,and starts from the main fault in the process of equipment operation,which is the wear failure of the joint in the typical mechanical failure in practice.Therefore,this paper firstly analyzes the vibration of the transmission part and the hydraulic part of the whole pump,finds out the corresponding fault parts,then selects the crank-slider mechanism in the transmission part to carry out modeling and dynamic analysis,studies the changes of the corresponding parameters such as slider acceleration,connecting rod angular acceleration and relative displacement under different wear gaps,which provides a theoretical basis for fully understanding the failure mechanism of reciprocating pump.Then the wavelet fractal technique is introduced to study the corresponding signals.By studying the fault characteristics of reciprocating pump under different wear development conditions,the vibration signals of reciprocating pump under different wear gaps are reconstructed by wavelet transform,and the correlation dimension is calculated.In this paper,the collision-separation two-state equation and wavelet fractal technology are used to study the fault diagnosis of reciprocating pump,which provides a new idea and method for the fault diagnosis of reciprocating machinery,and also has some reference significance for the related research in the future.
