As renewable,clean energy source,wind energy plays an important role in building a new safer and lower-carbon energy system.Wind power has the advantages of cleanliness,renewable,short foundation cycle and flexible installation scale.It is increasingly valued and accepted by people.Wind power is currently in stage of a rapid development,but it also hides all kinds of problems to be solved.The high failure probability and high-cost of operation and maintenance cause very high losses.So a comprehensive failure analysis of the wind turbine and building a complete wind turbine fault knowledge base has great research significance.The main research contents of this article include:Taking Double-fed asynchronous wind turbine for example,conduct the structural analysis and functional analysis to each subsystem,to describe the working status,mutual correlations,and interactions among the subsystems.Considering both the probability of failure and the loss of power generation,through the study of related data,identify key research subjects including:pitch system,Transmission system,yaw system and generator system and so on.According to the failure mode and effect analysis,conduct failure mode effect analysis and criticality analysis to the failure mode of wind turbines.Problems that traditional FEMA exists include unable to accurately express evaluation information,ignore evaluation weights and Affect relationship between failure modes.Utilize the intuitionistic fuzzy number and intuitionistic fuzzy weighted average operator to aggregate failure mode evaluation information.comprehensive weighting method is developed based on expert evaluation method and deviation maximization model method to determine risk factor weights.Based on DEMATEL,to calculate the influence relationship between failure modes and correct the severity of failure modes.The method of reference point is utilized to conduct the Hamming distance in order to determine the ranking of severity of failure modes.The improved FMEA method has solved the problems existing in the traditional FMEA,and provide a more accurate failure mode risk ranking and a more comprehensive wind turbine fault diagnosis results.Last,through example verification,first analysis the typical failure modes of wind turbines in order to determine the failure mode risk ranking,then analyze the results,to provide advice for fault maintenance and maintenance strategies,and compare the results of different methods to verify the effectiveness of the FMEA analysis for wind turbine based on intuitionistic fuzzy.
