Vibration and noise reduction is the eternal theme of the underwater machine technology.As the main machine of a new underwater machine,the machine's vibration and noise relate to the whole vibration performance of the underwater machine.So,understanding the vibration principle of the machine is very important.As the core component of the machine,rotor system can guarantee its performance.At the same time,rotor system is a big vibration source.So we must understand and master the principle and theory of the new machine.This process is very important for decreasing the vibration.And it has important application value.This paper in view of rotor system has researched some followings:(1)According to the traditional rolling bearing stiffness calculating that only considered the geometric dimensions of the ball bearing,this paper in view of the Hertz elastic theory deduced the summary calculation model of the ball bearing,considering the variation of axial force?bearing interference?radical clearance and contact angle.Taking the 7015 C bearing as an example,this model is used to analyze the bearing parameters how to influence the bearing stiffness.(2)Using Raccati transfer matrix method and Wilson-? numerical integration method,this paper has calculated the whirling speed and the response of unbalance.Also this paper has calculated the variation of whirling speed with the unbalance.According the whirling speed and the working speed,the rotor is determined as a rigid rotor.And it is concluded that the rotor has a certain speed range.(3)Starting from the dynamic balance theory of the rigid rotor,this paper has given some basic conceptions of the dynamic balance theory of the rigid rotor.The dynamic balance experiment method of the turbine is discussed.Combining the experiment of the turbine,this paper has elaborated exactly the technology of the dynamic balance theory of the turbine and this paper has given the steps of judging the precision of dynamic balance.(4)Based on the whole transfer matrix method,this paper proposes that the wholemachine is simplified as a model of the arm bean.The model is proofed from the experimental mode.Under the effect of impact load,this paper analyzes the response of the whole machine.
