This paper mainly studies the driving control system of the electric-drive bulldozer.Through a reasonable control strategy,the normal driving operation of the electric-drive bulldozer is realized.Firstly,the electric-drive bulldozer drive system is analyzed and researched,and the bulldozer structure driven by the tandem double-side motor is determined independently,and the kinematics and dynamics analysis of the bulldozer are carried out,the driving dynamics model of the bulldozer is finally established.Secondly,the driving control strategy of the bulldozer is studied,and a control strategy based on the speed adjustment is adopted.The driver's input signal is defined and interpreted,and two different steering control strategies,the center differential and the inner side deceleration are adopted respectively.Develop the direct driving corrective control strategy by torque compensation,the smart fan control strategy,the drive motor control strategy and the engine overload control strategy,draws the driving control strategy flow chart.Thirdly,Matlab/Simulink software was used to establish a bulldozer driving control strategy model,and the model was used to simulate the different operating conditions of the bulldozer.The research results are as follows:(1)When the same steering signal is input,the steering radius of the inner side deceleration steering mode is 1m smaller than the center differential.When the steering signal is 15.3°,10.2°,8.4°,the output power of the inner side decelerations' outside drive motor is reduced by 5.7%,2.67%,1.75%,respectively,compared with the center differential,and the output power of the inside drive motor is relatively reduced by 4.8%,1.77%,1.5%,thus the independent steering mode is more suitable for the electric-drive bulldozer.(2)The control strategy of the driving motor can achieve the automatic speed reduction of the electric-drive bulldozer under the operating conditions,which makes the bulldozer working in the rated condition.(3)The direct driving corrective control strategy achieved the straight-line correction of the bulldozer,and ensured the direct driving stability of the bulldozer.
