With the rapid development of economy,the car ownership has showed a trend of rapid growth in China.For many companies,the old engine is "tasteless and a pity to abandon".The remanufacturing of engine can realize the reuse of waste engine,and it is an effective way to build a resource-saving and environment-friendly society.As the core part of the engine to convert heat energy into mechanical energy,the piston is an important part of the engine reengineering,and cleaning of the piston surface area carbon is an indispensable part of the engine reengineering.Therefore,in this paper,researching the diesel engine reengineering sinosteel top of aluminum piston skirt surface area of carbon cleaning process,and through the theoretical analysis and experimental verification to determine the optimal cleaning technology of cleaning the piston surface area of carbon,the main content of the following:Firstly,the main components of carbon deposition are determined by analyzing the macroscopic existence of carbon and the microelement of carbon deposition.The main causes of carbon deposition are analyzed from the aspects of fuel quality,engine mechanical factors,lubricating oil quality,engine operating conditions and use conditions.The entire formation process of carbon deposition on the cylinder chemical reaction and carbon adsorption process are analyzed,The same as the carbon deposition physical form and ultrasonic cleaning principle and advantages of the steel piston surface.Secondly,by analyzing the existing cleanliness evaluation methods,the evaluation methods of the cleaning effect of this papeer are determined according to its own conditions.On the basis of the digital image processing technology of MATLAB to make carbon cleaning evaluation rules,and through MATLAB digital image processing techniques to deal with experimental collection pictures.through the processing of carbon residue percentage to determine the level of carbon cleaning late to verify the experimental results.Following by,the choice of metal cleaning agent and metal cleaning agent formulations are analyzed.The selection of steel roof of aluminum piston skirt surface area of carbon cleaning detergent formulation,And through the MATLAB digital image processing technology to process the experimental collection of photos,to deal with the top of the piston area of carbon retention percentage to determine the level of carbon cleaning effect to verifythe results of the late experimental results.The experimental results are optimized according to the MATLAB digital image processing technology.The carbon deposition retention curve of the cleaning agent formula is optimized through MATLAB,and the effectiveness of the carbon surface cleaning formula of the piston surface is verified.The research in this paper shows that the evaluation system of the carbon cleaning effect of the top surface of the piston based on the MATLAB image processing can quantitatively evaluate the carbon deposit in the top area of the piston.The piston top area carbon cleaning formula optimization effect is obvious.And adopting the soaking and ultrasonic cleaning process as the optimal cleaning process.The cleaning time at 9h is 3.39% of the initial carbon deposit.The 10 th grade of the cleaning effect can completely remove the carbon deposit on the top surface of the piston.The results show that the piston cleaning process used in the paper is feasible.
