With the rapid development of China's economic construction, the automobile industry and the transportation industry have also experienced rapid development, especially the construction of expressways in recent years. In view of the current tight interconnection of road networks and the increasingly complex conditions of road networks, the requirements for the installation of three-dimensional intersecting nodes are gradually increased andthe complex interchange construction will be more and more frequent. However, the specification does not have provisions for the minimum distance between successive entrances and exits on the ramp. For this situation, this article starts a related study.According to the research status at home and abroad, the paper takes the minimum distance between consecutive entrances and exits on the mainline as the entry point, analyzes the forms and influencing factors of the continuous exits and exits of the ramps, and divides the continuous exit and entrance intervals of the ramps into the minimum distances between consecutive exits and exits on the same side of the ramp and the continuation of different sides. The minimum distance between the entrances and exits is divided into continuous exits, continuous entrances, first in and out exits, and first in and out entrances according to the characteristics of the sub-convergence.The continuous exits and exits on the opposite side are divided into the first left after the right, the first right, and then the left. Both the characteristics of continuous inlets and outlets on the same side and on the other side of the ramp and the influencing factors are based on the minimum distance between consecutive entrances and exits of expressway ramps.Through the analysis of traffic characteristics and vehicle operating characteristics of the continuous exits and exits of expressways, the models are identified by the signs, the lane change models,Acceleration/deceleration model and vehicle operation safety sight distance model were studied to calculate the theoretical minimum values of the minimum distance between eight different types of ramps. Finally, using VISSIM software for simulation, the conflict rate is selected as the safety evaluation index for the characteristics of continuous traffic conflicts, and the minimum distance under the theoretical model is simulated by traffic simulation. The evaluation is performed according to the simulated data. The study of the thesis makes up for the lack of research on the minimum distance between the entrances and exits of the ramp, and provides a reference for the provisions of the minimum distance between successive entrances and exits.
