The technology of piezoelectric energy collection has been paid more and more attention because of its sustainable,green and environmental protection characteristics.At present,piezoelectric materials are widely used in medical testing,industrial testing and other fields,but there are few applications in the field of road piezoelectric energy collection.With the development of piezoelectric technology,the application of piezoelectric materials to asphalt concrete pavement energy collection is becoming a research hotspot.In this paper,the technology of piezoelectric micro-energy collection of asphalt concrete pavement is studied from theoretical analysis and experimental two angles respectively.In the process of studying the energy collection technology of asphalt concrete pavement,the piezoelectric transducer of lead zirconate titanate(PZT)and polyvinylidene fluoride(PVDF)piezoelectric transducers are prepared firstly.Aiming at the disadvantage of PVDF piezoelectric transducer,the encapsulation structure of four kinds of PVDF piezoelectric transducer was designed.The PVDF piezoelectric transducers with different packaging structures were tested experimentally.The experimental results show that the piezoelectric properties of PVDF piezoelectric transducer with epoxy resin package structure are better than other packaging structures.Secondly,the numerical simulation of two piezoelectric materials of PZT and PVDF was carried out by finite element method,and the strain and electric potential distributions of different piezoelectric materials under different loads and different stress regions were analyzed.Based on the simulation results,the electrical output characteristics of PZT piezoelectric ceramics and PVDF two piezoelectric materials are compared,and the conditions of the two piezoelectric materials applied to the asphalt concrete pavement are analyzed.At last,the paper designs and improves the Series-SSHI interface circuit and adds the DC voltage step-down circuit to the original circuit structure,stabilizes the output voltages of the energy collecting circuit,and solves the problem that the output voltage of the original circuit cannot be controlled.In this paper,the rutting test scheme is designed,and the energy collecting interface circuit is used to measure the open-circuit voltage of PZT and PVDF piezoelectric transducer and the charging voltage at both ends of different interface circuits respectively.The experimental results show that within one hour,the energy collected by the Parallel-SSHI interface circuit is 2.7 times the standard form,and the energy collected by the Series-SSHI interface circuit is 2.3 times the standard form,which provides a technicalreference for the study of the road piezoelectric energy collection.
