Green refrigeration has become an important way to solve energy and environmental problems.Solar adsorption refrigeration is one of the potential green cooling methods.At present,solar adsorption refrigeration technology has problems such as insufficient heat source temperature and poor heat and mass transfer performance.In order to improve the heat source temperature and enhance the heat and mass transfer performance of solar adsorption refrigeration system,the simulation calculation,theoretical and experimental research to strengthen the heat and mass transfer performance of solar adsorption refrigeration systems were carried out.The concrete research contents are as follows:1.Based on the adsorption refrigeration system with solar energy as the driving heat source,the heat transfer mathematical model and the evaluation index of system performance were given.Taking the desorption process of the system as the main research object,the indicators for measuring the mass transfer performance of the system were given: desorption rate and desorption efficiency.It provides basis for the performance evaluation of adsorption refrigeration system.2.A solar adsorption refrigeration system based on CPC enhanced heat transfer was constructed by means of a concentrator integrated with a heat-collecting/adsorption bed,including construction of adsorption/collection bed structure and matching of structural parameters of sub-components of adsorption refrigeration cycle,as well as the system commissioning test and operation.3.Experimental research and comparative analysis of the heat and mass transfer performance of solar energy adsorption refrigeration system based on CPC strengthened heat transfer system under different irradiation conditions were carried out.The results show that the adsorption bed temperature can reach 90°C when the light intensity is above 400W/?.The desorption amount can increase by 10.96% and the average COP of the system can increase by 9% when the heat source temperature increases by 10°C,with the heat source temperature is higher,the COP increases more obvious.4.On the basis of strengthening heat transfer,the law of variable pressure strengthening mass transfer was discussed.The mass transfer performance of the adsorption refrigeration system at different temperatures and pressures was simulated.And a constant temperature desorption adsorption refrigeration system for unit tubes was constructed.When the heat source temperatures were 90°C,100°C,and 110°C,the mass transfer performance under two different pressure conditions were verified by experiments.The law of temperature and pressure for enhancing mass transfer and the coupling relationship between the two for enhancing mass transfer were revealed.The development of this research can provide some theoretical guidance and experimental reference for the improvement of the efficiency of adsorption refrigeration system and the optimization design of adsorption refrigeration system.
